To reserve the lounge for private events, a Food & Beverage (F&B) minimum is required. Minimums vary by day and time.

BAR OPTIONS: 

Open bar, cash bar, pre- set bar limit 

Monday–Thursday: 

$1,500 F&B minimum + tax & gratuity
+ $300 private room charge

Friday–Saturday (Before 7PM): 

$2,500 F&B minimum
+ $350 private room charge

Friday–Saturday (After 7PM): 

$10,000 F&B minimum
Private room charge included

Sunday (Before 7PM):

 $3,000 F&B minimum
+ $300 private room charge

Sunday (After 7PM): 

$5,000 F&B minimum
+ $350 private room charge

A $300 cleaning fee will apply for damages or prohibited materials.

• 20% automatic gratuity added to the final bill
• $200 minimum per server/bartender required if gratuity does not meet the threshold

• $500 deposit required to secure your date (applied to final bill)
• Menu, headcount, and change requests must be finalized 15 days prior
• Cancellations made within 15 days forfeit the deposit

Rate: $175/hr (4-hour minimum) + 20% gratuity

Additional Staff: $50/hr per bartender or server
Security Fee: $150 for guest counts over 50
Outside Food: Permitted with signed waiver (no outside beverages allowed)
